The printing sector is equipped with Heidelberg printing machines of the latest generation. Three printing machines in B1 format, four color, five color and eight color machines, along with a five color machine in B2 format, enable high productivity and printing quality.

Six MBO folding machines with daily capacity of half million folded sheets, two Muller Martini book block sewing machines with daily capacity of 220 000 sheets for sewn books, Wohlenberf line for perfect binding with daily capacity of 45 000 books, hardcover line Diamant (Muller Martini) machine with the capacity of 3500 hardcovers per hour, provide us with almost endless possibilities in production of books of different formats and all kinds of binding, magazines, catalogues, brochures, promotional materials.

Prepress operations
The process of production of graphic products in a printing company begins when a client delivers the documents to be printed in a digital format. The main activity of the prepress department is verification of the delivered documents and their preparation for further production process in accordance with the specifications of the effective standard ISO 12647 adopted by the German Graphic Technology Research Association FOGRA, named “PSO-Process Standard Offset”.
After the verification of PDF files, we can create color proof prints in accordance with ISO/DIS 12647-7:2016 standard on EPSON SureColor P8000 Spectro Proofer, as well as proof prints for control of imposition and content.
